Rio – Jojo Todynho is being sued by a law school colleague, following an argument between the two last month, in Taquara, West Zone of Rio. University student Gabriela dos Santos do Nascimento filed a lawsuit against the singer, stating who was attacked, outside the college, with a slap in the face.
The case was distributed by the 6th Civil Court of the Jacarepaguá Region, referring to the crime of moral damages. According to the progress of the process, there is still no decision on the case. O DAY contacted the influencer’s lawyer, who said she had not been officially notified.

It is worth remembering that in a video circulating on the web at the time, it was possible to see an alleged attack by Jojo against his colleague. After the repercussions, the artist spoke out on her social networks denying physical violence during the disagreement: “I didn’t attack her at any time”, said the funk singer.
