Luana Piovani said this Wednesday (3/4) that she was once again banned from speaking publicly about matters related to her ex-husband, Pedro Scooby, and the raising of the three children they have together, Dom, Liz and Bem.

The Portuguese court ruled in favor of the surfer in the case filed last year, after Piovani’s defense filed a challenge to the previous ban that prevented her from touching on the issues. The actress intends to appeal the decision to the European Union, a higher court than the Portuguese Court.

“My lawyer came to me today to say that the gag ruling had been issued in Portugal, and how we were waiting for thiazole [juíza] copied and pasted from the previous sentence, and gave the sentence now. Which means I’m gagged in Portugal. Here we go to the European Court of Human Rights. The issue is that we have to pay the lawyer’s fees and the court’s fees and it’s difficult, because you spend money to protect yourself and, if you don’t have money, you don’t protect yourself”, lamented Piovani.

“The other question that my lawyer gave me – and which made me very, very sad, […] It’s just that that first judge I was, who humiliated, disrespected and mistreated us, I can’t bring a case to the European Court of Human Rights against her because I signed an agreement into which I was coerced. I was having an anxiety attack. […] I would even sign my death warrant!”, added the artist.
