Genial Investimentos announced two new recommended FII portfolios for the month of April, one focused on generating income and the other on the search for value.
In the Renda Portfolio, Genial reduced its position in FII HGLG11 by 5% and, simultaneously, increased exposure in the TRXF11 real estate fund by the same magnitude.
“We understand that there is a price asymmetry at the current moment between the funds in terms of carrying and potential appreciation of the share given the dividend distribution projections for the short/medium term”, explains Genial in a report.
The Income Portfolio recorded a positive performance of 1.41% in March, so that the return on dividends was 0.77%. Meanwhile, IFIX had a positive performance of 1.43%. In the Valor Portfolio, the monthly performance was +2.03%.
Considering that the Valor Wallet did not register any changes, see below how Genial’s two recommended portfolios turned out, with the best FIIs to invest, according to the institution’s vision.
