During its investor conference, Samsung confirmed that it should launch even more premium smart watches this year. The Korean company also highlighted that the Galaxy Ring is ready to be made official on the global market.

According to Samsung, these new wearables should follow its philosophy of delivering good health features for the user’s daily life, with the premium watch possibly being the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra.

Recently, a leak revealed the number of the device, and Sources say it will have a square design to please the public who intend to migrate from an Apple Watch, for example.

The Galaxy Watch 7 line should be launched at the next Galaxy Unpacked event, with this year’s devices expected to have a 3-nanometer Exynos chip to ensure better energy efficiency.

Furthermore, sources revealed that the Galaxy Watch 7 Ultra could have 32 GB of internal storage, while its construction could be even more premium by adopting titanium, for example.

For now, Samsung has not exactly confirmed the existence of this square model, but we know that the company’s watches may present some improvements in health tracking and the main one should be the measurement of blood glucose.

On another front, the Korean giant may also announce an entry-level Galaxy Watch, which could be a reinterpretation of the Watch 4 from 2021.
