It is common knowledge that owning a supercar does not guarantee a responsible driving course. The recent incident in Los Angeles made this abundantly clear, where a driver turned a custom green McLaren Senna into wreckage after some demonstrations of the car’s potential on public roads.

McLaren Senna was destroyed
The video that went viral on social media shows a driver inside the super car acting recklessly. In the video, the car stops quickly in the middle of the road, turns and comes to a complete stop in the middle of the road.
The surrounding smoke takes over the image while the driver accelerates heavily, the entire scene was captured by cell phone cameras. But the highlight of the video comes a few moments later, with the driver losing control and the McLaren Senna heading straight into the wall.
Fortunately, there were no reports of injuries, as the sidewalk was empty at the time of the accident and traffic was relatively calm.
The Senna crashed into the walls of a Lexus dealership, next to a parked Toyota Camry. The front of the car was completely destroyed and it appears the supercar suffered significant damage to the carbon fiber chassis and front suspension. While McLaren can normally repair models of this caliber, the bill is sure to be a hefty one for the insurer.
About the car
The McLaren Senna is a hypercar made in England, which pays homage to the three-time Formula 1 world champion, Ayrton Senna. The model has 825 hp of power and all its units were sold in 2017. Only 500 units were produced and the price was estimated at around 750 thousand pounds sterling
