Volkswagen has just updated Polo and Virtus for the 2025 line. All versions of both models already appear updated on the brand’s website. The increases were between R$1,300 and R$2,700. However, the sedan and hatchback have not been updated mechanical or design.

The novelty of the 2025 line, according to the manufacturer, is due to the 10.1-inch VW Play multimedia center which, in the Polo, now equips the TSI version. In other words, the only settings that remain with the Composition Touch system are MPI and Sense. In Virtus, all versions offer the VW Play center.

In the case of the Polo, which was the best-selling passenger car in April, the entry-level Track version was offered for R$87,990. However, it costs R$89,290, the same price as the Robust configuration, aimed at agribusiness. Both are equipped with a 1.0 flex three-cylinder engine, which delivers 84 hp of power and 10.3 kgfm of torque, when fueled with ethanol. The only transmission option is a five-speed manual.

It is worth remembering that the Polo also offers the 1.0 turbo engine 116 hp of maximum power and 16.8 kgfm of torque. The transmission can be a five-speed manual or a six-speed automatic.
