The unusual case happened on the Via Sacra in the city of Colomba. In a video that circulated on social media, it is possible to see the moment in which the actor, a 24-year-old young man, is lifted onto the cross.

Accidentally, the cross hits high voltage wires, which cause sparks and despair among those present. He is quickly rescued by people celebrating Holy Week.

The actor was then attended to by the local Fire Department team, who reported that the young man was taken to a hospital with burns, but his injuries were not life-threatening.
