According to exclusive information in this column, the management of the Marinho family channel considered bringing forward the end of Renascer, to avoid a greater loss of audience in prime time. But, after long conversations, they chose to let the serial close in September, but demanding changes to the original format of the work by Benedito Ruy Barbosa, today, adapted by Bruno Luperi.

In this way, they have already been recording new scenes from the story of Buba (Gabriela Monteiro), where she will be reunited with her parents, something that did not exist in the 1993 version.

Moving forward, the plot will also show never-before-seen scenes from Teca’s (Lívia Silva) childhood until her meeting with Buba. The young woman, too, will gain more prominence in the serial, leaving the ‘morbid’ zone and going through moments of ‘protagonism’.

Another change is the drawn-out story of Mariana (Theresa Fonseca), currently, her plot has lost prominence, but in the next chapters she will gain a twist, being able to kill Egídio (Vladimir Brichta), son of one of the suspects in the death of his grandfather Belarmino (Antonio Calloni).
