Record films from 04/27 and 04/28/2024

This weekend, films from Record promise a cinematic journey full of action, adventure and excitement! In April 27-28, 2024the broadcaster brings a selection of feature films for all tastes and ages.

On Saturday, the “Cinema Adventure” (27) transmits the animation “Angry Birds 2 – The Movie”. Later, the “Super Screen” displays “Omen”. Finally, on Sunday (28), the “Bigger Cinema” grows with “Red 2: Retired and Even More Dangerous”.

Omen

Original Title: Knowing

Synopsis: 1959. A group of students makes some drawings about what they imagine the future will be like. They will be stored in a time capsule, which will only be opened in 50 years. One of them, made by a girl, features a series of random numbers, which she claims were said by someone she can’t see.

Half a century later, the capsule is opened and this drawing reaches the hands of Caleb Koestler (Chandler Canterbury). His father, astrophysics professor John Koestler (Nicolas Cage), realizes that it is a coded message that predicts the dates and death tolls of each of the major tragedies that have occurred in the last 50 years. John begins to investigate the drawing further and discovers that it predicts three more catastrophes that have not yet occurred, the last of which is of global proportions.

Red 2: Retired and Even More Dangerous

Synopsis: All Frank Moses (Bruce Willis) wanted was to lead a normal life with his girlfriend Sarah (Mary-Louise Parker), but his dream turns into a nightmare when his partner Marvin Boggs (John Malkovich) appears with something new: his lives are in danger. Frank doesn’t give much credit to his friend’s words, but he is soon forced to believe that something is happening when he ends up being taken in for interrogation and is almost killed.

Now, he’s sure there’s a price on his head and that of his best friend. The question is to discover why and how to prevent this from happening, even if to do so they have to travel the world, meet old partners, in the figure of Victoria (Helen Mirren), and face old enemies, such as the powerful Han (Byung-Hun Lee ). The hunt is just beginning.
