Total revenue reached ¥360.3 billion, which represents an increase of 14.6% compared to the previous year. Business profit increased 55.8% to ¥88.2 billion. Digital entertainment has seen impressive growth, driven by improving profit margins for core content and the launch of hit titles such as Momotaro Dentetsu World and Metal Gear Solid: Master Collection Vol.1.

Mobile gaming stood out, with the launch of Eikan Nine Cross Road, the first mobile baseball title in nine years, attracting huge attention. Konami also announced Shohei Ohtani as an ambassador for its baseball games, further increasing fan engagement. The release of Silent Hill: The Short Message, a new entry in the psychological horror series, aimed to introduce the franchise to a younger generation.

Konami actively participated in eSports tournaments relating to various games, including the WBSC eBaseball: POWER PROS and the eFootball Championship Open 2023. The Fun, Games and Systems and Sports businesses also performed well, exceeding the previous year’s results.
