Apple continues to develop the main features of the new iOS 18 and a concept has already revealed some new features that we can expect on Apple smartphones this year.
Most include the presence of features based on Artificial Intelligence, and the Cupertino company can also allow users to further personalize the smartphone.
Commenting on the matter, the people at 9to5Mac revealed a preliminary list of smartphones that should be updated for iOS 18 and it brings the same devices that already run iOS 17.
Among iPads, it is noteworthy that iPadOS 18 will not arrive for three models: the 6th generation iPad, the second generation of the 12.9-inch iPad Pro and the first generation of the 10.5-inch iPad Pro.
The list of tablets that will be updated includes:
- iPad: 2019 and later
- iPad mini: 2019 and later
- iPad Air: 2019 and later
- iPad Pro 2018 and later
It is worth remembering that this is not Apple’s official list yet. Therefore, everything should be considered as just another market rumor.
We will certainly learn more details about the company’s software at the WWDC conference, which should be held in June this year.
