Mauro Cezar calls for Tite’s dismissal at Flamengo against Corinthians

Tite’s future in Flamengo has been discussed externally. The coach no longer has the support of the fans and many commentators also believe that the work will not progress in the coming days.

According to Mauro, a scenario of a stumble or even a draw without showing any progress on the field against the Corinthians at the weekend could result in Tite being fired in the next round.

The journalist made it clear that there is no problem between the cast and the coaching staff. The situation is uncomfortable due to all the external pressure and even from some leaders who are close to the management.

Tite’s resignation?

“They’re going to send the coach away, obviously. Not today, but if Saturday doesn’t go well against Corinthians, loses or even draws playing poorly, there is a risk of being fired”, said the communicator this Wednesday (8).

“Last week I spoke to someone from Flamengo who told me that Tite doesn’t have any kind of problem, the players like him. There are no relationship problems, Tite is a guy who coordinates this well”, concluded Mauro Cezar.

The journalist also stated that the changes that worked were made by Jorge Jesus in 2019, Rogério Ceni in 2020/2021 and Dorival Junior in 2022in Flamengo, with work that was consolidated.

General change in CRF football

The ones that didn’t work were Paulo Sousa in 2022 and Renato in 2021. He said that if coach Tite were to be fired, there would have to be a general overhaul of the football department and not just the commander.
