This Monday (6), playing at the Conjunto Desportivo Baby Barioni gymnasium, in the capital of São Paulo, the Apagebask/Guarulhos men’s basketball team beat Jandira 51 to 41 and secured a place in the state final of the Youth Games. The women’s basketball, men’s handball, rhythmic and artistic gymnastics and table tennis teams are also already in the decision-making process.
The Aprov/Guarulhos women’s volleyball team lost their match against São Bernardo do Campo by 2 sets to 0. In turn, the Wimpro/Guarulhos men’s futsal team had a setback against Mogi das Cruzes by 2 to 1. The teams await the definition of the place for the final phase.
Still in the regional phase, the Asufam/Guarulhos athletics team competes for a place in the final of the competition next Saturday (11) at Arena Caixa – Centro de Atletismo Prof. Oswaldo Terra, in São Bernardo do Campo.
The final phase of the Youth Games is scheduled for May 30th in the city of Araçatuba, in the interior of São Paulo.

Last Sunday (5) the under-18 men’s basketball team from Apagebask/Guarulhos beat Ursos 42 to 32 in a dispute valid for the NCB Championship at Ginásio João do Pulo, in Jardim Divinolândia.
On Saturday (4) the under-14 men’s team from Apagebask/Guarulhos beat Taubaté 64 to 47 at CTI Taubaté, in a match valid for the Paulista Basketball Federation competition.
