Ferrari driver Charles Leclerc said he had a complicated race today at the Formula 1 Miami GP, even though he finished the race in a good third place.
After the race, the Monegasque stated: “A difficult race today. The first lap was difficult and luckily we came out without any damage. We came in second place, focusing on tire management. We stopped quite early, which unfortunately cost us dearly after a Virtual Safety Car and a Safety Car were deployed, giving others the opportunity to stop. I had some difficulty with older tires and had to fight to keep the pace.”
“We will have our updates soon, so hopefully we can join the fight for victories soon. Congratulations to Lando (Norris) for his first victory in F1, I hope he makes the most of it”, concluded Leclerc.
