The coach also welcomes having only Series B on the radar for the remainder of the season. For him, there is more time to preserve more experienced players and be able to prepare the younger athletes in the group.

– For our cast, I think it’s very good. We are changing some things, within our calendar. Talking about names like Giuliano, Gil, players with more experience. You can prepare, rotate and give space to the young ones.

Due to a more spaced out schedule, Santos has the possibility of playing friendly games. The club is studying a match against Boca Juniors, from Argentina, for example. For Carille, it is an option that will be discussed with the CBF.
