In a surprising decision, former BBB Key Alves will return to playing volleyball in the 2024/2025 season. After participating in the program last year, the 24-year-old libero was announced by League One Volleyball (LOVB), a new league in the United States.
Through social media, LOVB praised the player. It is worth mentioning that the North American league is the one who distributes the squads and, therefore, will define where Key Alves will play next season.
“Our latest LOVB Pro is Keyla Alves! The 1.65m Brazilian libero has been a standout in the sport since 2017, when she played for Sesi Bauru’s under-19 team. From then on, she played professional volleyball for several clubs, such as EC Pinheiros and Osasco / São Cristóvão Saúde. At the 2018 South American U20 Championship, she was voted the best libero. Welcome, Key!”, wrote the entity.
Key Alves at BBB 23
Last year, Key Alves was the eighth eliminated on BBB 23. At the time, in a battle with Domitila and Sarah, the volleyball player left the TV Globo program with 56.76% of the votes.
Key Alves and success on social media
Even before participating in BBB 23, Key Alves was already a success on social media. In April 2022, the libero created an account on OnlyFans, a platform for selling adult content. Earnings on the app even become her main source of income, as the athlete has publicly revealed on a few occasions.
