As main referee, Brazilians Edina Alves and Ramon Abatti will lead some clashes in Paris. At the Tokyo 2020 Games, the judge was present in two games in the women’s competition: in Sweden’s victory over Australia 4-2 and in the draw between Canada and Japan 1-1. In addition, Edina also played in the last two editions of the Women’s World Cup. Ramon, on the other hand, works regularly at the Brasileirão and refereed the 2023 U20 World Cup.

In the position of assistant, Fabrini Beviláqua, Guilherme Camilo, Neuza Inês Back and Rafael Alves will be Brazil’s representatives at the Paris-2024 Games. Highlight is the presence of Neuza, who will take action in his third edition of the Olympics. In men’s football, she was one of six female referees who participated in a World Cup for the first time, in 2022. Finally, Daiane Muniz will assist in the tournament’s video refereeing.
