Fernando Sastre de Andrade, owner of Porsche who killed app driver Ornaldo da Silva Viana in São Paulo, he is the target of accusations made by his ex-wife, model Eliziany Silva, 48 years old. Fernando is the father of the young man who was driving the vehicle on the night of the accident, businessman Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filho, 24 years old.

Information obtained by the True Crime column of the newspaper O Globo reveals that the woman filed two police reports against Fernando. He is accused of committing crimes of physical violence, torture, kidnapping, threats and psychological abuse. Although the suspect’s son was not reported, Eliziany claims that the young man already punched her in the face.

The first police report was registered at the 5th Police Station for the Defense of Women in São Paulo in July 2023. To the police, Eliziany said that her ex-husband attacked her by slapping her in the face and pushing her off the bed. The violence reportedly took place in June 2018.

Fernando would also have taken the cable from a cell phone charger to hang her. She claims she managed to escape and ran to the bathroom. There, the man tried to choke her again, but with his hands.

After the violence, Eliziany went to the emergency room at Hospital Adventista de São Paulo, where she was treated. The model says that she delayed contacting the police authorities out of fear. She says that Fernando threatened her, saying that he was very rich and that he knew members of the PCC (Primeiro Comando da Capital) faction.

Sexual abuse

After four months, in November 2023, the woman filed a new police report, this time at the 1st Women’s Defense Police Station. Eliziany says that she went out to dinner with her ex-husband on December 22, 2021, along with her daughter, Rhillary, and sister, Salete.

When dinner was over, Fernando left Rhillary and Salete at home. Soon after, the woman began to feel sick in the car and passed out. Eliziany reveals that she only woke up the next day, lying in a motel bed and bleeding from her private parts.

The model reports that she tried to leave the room, but was stopped by Fernando. The woman says that she told her ex-husband that she needed to go to a hospital because of the bleeding, but he still didn’t let her. Fernando forced her to do a teleconsultation to get medicine to stop her blood.

Woman claims that Fernando Filho is also violent

Eliziany said that she started dating Fernando in 2008. The couple moved in together in 2010 and entered into a stable union, with partial community of assets. They separate in 2019. The woman claims that Fernando and his son are violent.

She says that once, her ex-husband tried to attack her. Eliziany’s daughter tried to defend her mother and ended up scratching Fernando’s arm. He then sent a photo of his scratched arm to the family group, saying that Eliziany had attacked him.

Fernando Filho went after the model and punched her in the face. However, the assault was never reported to the police. Eliziany says it would be like filing a police report against her own son, given that she has taken care of the young man since he was eight years old.

Model says she was threatened with death

Eliziany ended the relationship and left home after the attacks, but decided to give her ex-husband another chance. Fernando even begged for his ex-wife’s forgiveness during a service at the Renascer em Cristo Church, in São Paulo.

However, just a week after resuming her marriage, the model was attacked once again. She says that Fernando started threatening to kill her. “There was a day when I thought I was going to die. He hit and did a rear naked choke that I lost consciousness,” she said.

Court denied protective measure

In July 2023, Eliziany asked for a protective measure against her ex-husband, but it was denied by the courts. Judge Tatiana Vieira Guerra justified the decision by arguing that the violence suffered by the model had occurred five years ago and that the woman did not report Fernando at the time of the events.

“She did not register the facts at police headquarters or request precautions, which reveals that she does not feel in a concrete situation of risk,” said the magistrate.

Now, Eliziany is fighting in court for the division of assets. Fernando’s assets are estimated at R$30 million. “Fernando had nothing when he met me. He was riding in a Pajero TR4, those really tight ones. Now he has Porsches and a handful of luxury cars. I want what’s mine,” he commented.

One of Fernando’s Porsches, valued at more than R$1 million, was being driven at 156 km/h by the businessman’s son, when he hit a Renault Sandero. App driver Ornaldo da Silva Viana, aged 52, died instantly.
