Lula authorizes LOAN for MEIs, micro and small companies and value surprises Brazilians

The government has just created the Believe Program, aimed at MEIs, micro and small companies and companies. The Provisional Measure establishing the program was signed by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, during the launch event at Palácio do Planalto last Monday, 22nd.

There will be four axes: the first offering microcredit; the second with debt renegotiation; the third to create a secondary market for real estate credit; and the fourth focused on Exchange Protection for Green Investments (PTE).

Loan for MEIs, micro and small businesses

• The first axis of the program, called ProCred 360, must establish conditions to enable access to credit through the Operations Guarantee Fund (FGO).
• The offer will be aimed at Individual Microentrepreneurs and micro-enterprises with annual revenue of up to R$360 thousand.
• To stimulate the growth of these companies, the credit will have competitive interest rates according to Selic + 5% per year.
• Furthermore, entrepreneurs will be able to make interest payments during the grace period, thus being able to have better financial organization.
• Already the medium sized companies (turnover of up to R$300 million) who decide to use the Emergency Credit Access Program (Peac) will have a 20% reduction in the Guarantee Concession Charge (ECG).

Debt renegotiation for entrepreneurs
