A TV Globothe executive secretary of Public Order and Urban Control of Jaboatão dos Guararapes, Carlos Sá, said that the minibus had undergone maintenance and had its license renewed after an inspection carried out by the city hall, carried out five months ago (see video above).

- Three women aged 51, 53 and 66: two of them died before receiving care, and one died in the UPA.
According to the city hall, of the other 27 people rescued, one was discharged and 26 are hospitalized in the following health units:
- Nine at Hospital da Restauração, in Derby, central area of Recife;
- Seven at Dom Hélder Hospital, in Cabo de Santo Agostinho, in Greater Recife;
- One at the Otávio de Freitas Hospital, in Tejipió, in the West Zone of Recife;
- Six at the Imbiribeira UPA, in the South Zone of the capital of Pernambuco;
- Two at the Ibura UPA, also in the South Zone of the city;
- One in an undisclosed private hospital.
The names and ages of the injured, as well as information about the patients’ health status, were not disclosed until the last update of this report.
