In January, Milei called Petro a “murderous communist” and stated that, because of him, Colombia was destroyed. The Argentine president’s statements took place during an interview with Colombian-American journalist Patricia Janiot — the video was released on her channel.
Lula
In October last year, Milei defined Lula (PT) as “an angry communist” and accused the Brazilian president of taking “direct actions against his candidacy”. “The red caste trembles. Many communists are nervous and taking direct actions against me and my space. Freedom advances! Long live freedom, damn it!”, wrote Milei on her profile on X, the old Twitter.
Before that, Lula had already been targeted by the Argentine several other times. In fact, the Brazilian was called by the Argentinean a socialist with a “totalitarian vocation”.
