The singer appeared in the North American magazine’s ranking, occupying position number 2545, with a fortune of 1.1 billion dollars. Taylor became a billionaire in October 2023. According to Forbes, the artist reached the position after earning revenue from her world tour ‘The Eras Tour’, in addition to the value of her music catalogue. She is the first singer to reach the ranking solely through revenue from her songs and performances.

Right after him is Elon Musk, owner of Tesla and the social network X, with an estimated net worth of 195 billion dollars. In third and fourth place, respectively, were Jeff Bezos, owner of Amazon, and Mark Zuckerbergfrom Meta.

Brazil is the seventh country with the most billionaires on the list, with a total of 69. The first best placed Brazilian in the ranking is Eduardo Saverin, one of the creators of Facebook, in 60th place position, with assets of 28 billion dollars. And the youngest person in the world to become a billionaire in 2024 is also a Brazilian.
