A Warner Bros. continues in search of his next successful saga in the fantasy world, especially after the frustrating attempt to continue ‘Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them’ – and apparently the studio has a very specific and ambitious project in mind.

According to Giant Freakin’ Robotthe company acquired the intellectual rights of the literary franchise ‘Keeper of the Lost Cities’, bestseller of New York Times signed by Shannon Messenger.

The plot follows a twelve-year-old elf named Sophie, who lives in California with her adoptive human family. After connecting with another elf, Sophie discovers that she has telepathic powers, connecting her to a distant, fantastical land full of elves, trolls, goblins, and other fantastical creatures.

To discover more about her identity, Sophie must travel to these lands known as the Lost Cities, where she eventually joins an elf school called Foxfire.

Emma Wattsformer president of Paramount Pictures, is attached to produce the first chapter of the adaptation. Messenger will executive produce.

Counting on nine volumes It is two spin-offsthe saga has already sold seven million copies around the world. The tenth chapter is scheduled for release on November this year.
