(Photo: Reproduction)- A 15-year-old teenager died after hitting his head during a “joke” on Friday afternoon (3), after smoking marijuana. at a school in the municipality of Diamantino. Two other teenagers who were with him at the time of his death were apprehended.

The teenager was a student at Serra Azul State School, in Diamantino. According to information from the Military Police, the police received information that students at the school were using drugs in the unit and that one of them had become ill.

Upon arriving at the unit, the secretary told the agents that he found out from other students that the minor PAS was using drugs at school and during a game in the courtyard with his classmates he hit his head and passed out.

The minor was rescued by a team from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) and taken to the Health Center. However, he did not resist and died at the scene.

The military made contact with two teenagers through the school secretary and found with them a marijuana chopper and a piece of paper that was used to use marijuana.

The two teenage suspects were apprehended and taken to the police station. Seduc expressed deep regret over the student’s death in an official statement.

“The State Department of Education (Seduc-MT) and the Regional Education Directorate of Polo Diamantino express deep regret for the premature death of a student from the Serra Azul State School, in the city of Diamantino. At this time of sadness and consternation, we offer our most sincere condolences to his family, friends and the entire school community.”
