Teachers and heirs begin to receive the third installment of court orders from the Fund for the Maintenance and Development of Elementary Education and the Valorization of Teaching (Fundef) this Wednesday (8). R$ 1,523,525,804.82 will be allocated to education professionals in the state education network.
Education professionals will receive the amount randomly, as occurred in the last payments, according to the State Department of Education (SEE). Furthermore, the ministry highlights that heirs can receive the amount corresponding to the third installment if they have their license and other identification documents up to date.

The transfer of the Fundef precatório refers to a debt that the Union has with the State and benefits basic education teaching professionals (statutory, temporary and CLT) who worked in the State Education Network between 1997 and 2006.
The extinct Fundef (Law 9,424/96) allocated 60% of the resources to pay the salaries of education professionals.
