Starting this Tuesday (07), city halls interested in entering into agreements, through voluntary transfers from the State Government, will have a more practical and agile system for registering parties, E-Flow. The tool aims to simplify the process of filing documents digitally.
Through E-Flow, it will be possible for municipalities to send documents in an automated way, with greater agility and security, avoiding sending errors and lack of information. To do this, they must access the new electronic form “E-flow CRCC”, available on the portal www.convenios.es.gov.br.
After the procedure, the main data of the documents attached to the e-flow must be entered into the SIGA system and sent for analysis by the Supplier and Contractor Registration Sub-Management (Sucaf), as established in SEGER Ordinances nº 10-R/2016 and nº 67-R/2020. The analysis period is five working days, counting from the date of receipt of the form via E-flow.
