In Manaus, Chama Church receives donations for victims of Rio Grande do Sul

The institution is receiving non-perishable food, water, disposable diapers, personal hygiene products, clothes, blankets, animal food, among others.

Manaus (AM) — Given the rain scenario that hit Rio Grande do Sul, the church Chama Church mobilized a solidarity campaign with the aim of collecting donation items intended to help flood victims, which set itself up as a collection point. Located on Avenida Bispo Pedro Massa, Cidade Nova neighborhood, number 826, North Zone of Manaus, the institution is receiving non-perishable food, water, disposable diapers, personal hygiene products, clothes, blankets, animal food, among others.

All material collected will be reported on the church’s social networks, on the profile @chamachurch, and taken to Eduardo Gomes International Airport, in the area of ​​the airline Azul and Azul Viagens, which is transporting directly to Rio Grande do Sul.

Those interested in helping can go to the location to deliver the items, but, according to the president of the church Chama Church, for those who are unable to take them to the airport, simply ask that a member of the church will pick them up.

“I want to call on everyone, let’s donate. If you can’t take it to the airport, take it to the church headquarters in Cidade Nova and we will report it. You, pastor, friend from another church, mobilize your church and take it to the airport. But if you can’t take it, mobilize your church, collect it, and we at the church will pick it up in your community and take it to the airport”,
