The Sonora City Council, in Mato Grosso do Sul, announced the cancellation of a public competition that would be responsible for filling 15 vacancies, in addition to forming a reserve register.
The organization of the event was in charge of Ippec, which ended its activities related to competitions, leading to the cancellation of the selection process.
The vacancies offered covered a variety of positions, including general service assistant, driver with category C driver’s license, legislative technician, lawyer, internal controller, accountant and parliamentary technician.

Approved professionals would work 40 hours a week, with salaries ranging from R$1,415.21 to R$5,755.63.
For those interested, registrations were scheduled to take place between March 15th and April 15th, 2024, exclusively online, through the Ippec website. The registration fee varied between R$80 and R$150, with a period for requesting an exemption from this fee.
The candidate selection process would include an objective test, with qualifications and practical tests for certain positions. The competition would be valid for two years, from the date of approval of the results, with the possibility of extension for another two years, at the discretion of the Sonora City Council.
