Fernando Sastre de Andrade Filhoaged 24, sent a message to his family Ornaldo da Silva Viana, 52 years old. The boy, who ran a Porsche When leaving a poker house, he crashed into the app driver’s vehicle, who was rescued, but died shortly afterwards.

On Sunday, he recalled the night he rear-ended Ornaldo. On the date, Fernando was with his girlfriend and a couple of friends. They all ordered drinks at a bar, but he claims he didn’t drink any. “I had water, I asked for water. We left the bar and I called the people to go to poker. We stayed there, we played, I won and we decided to leave. The idea, until then, was to go to my house”, he defended himself.

While leaving the poker house, Fernando was caught having an intense fight with his girlfriend. According to her friends, she didn’t want to get in the car after he drank. To calm the situation, the other boy took Sastre’s ride. A few moments later, the Porsche was seen at 150 km/h crashing into Ornaldo’s car, which was at 40 km/h.

While authorities rescued and provided aid to the victims, Fernando was seen leaving the crime scene accompanied by his mother. He denies it was an escape. According to what he says, she was going to accompany you to the hospital, however, the two of them did not go to the unit that night, which left the police confused. “We didn’t go to the hospital because my mother came home to get my health insurance card. At home, I had an emotional outburst, so she gave me some medicine, and then I blacked out.”

When trying to explain why he was traveling at 150km/h on a 50km/h road, Fernando preferred to abstain. He also denied receiving traffic tickets for speeding and participating in street races. However, his DMV record says otherwise.
