The police then began searching the indicated location and saw light dents in the vegetation. According to the PM, the bicycle was found damaged, due to a fall, on Rua Professor Issac Nicolau, in the Salum neighborhood.

The military team then called the young man’s name and heard a whisper in response. It was then that the teenager was found passed out in the middle of a ditch and trapped in dense vegetation. He had been unconscious for more than six hours, according to the PM.

According to the Military Police, the young man stated that he only remembered riding a bicycle and later being woken up by the police.

According to police, the teenager had a large bruise with swelling on his head, several injuries and suspected fractures. He was sent to Santa Casa de Alpinópolis for tests.
