Natalya and her family had already tried to leave the city: “The bridge, I think it was flooded or had been destroyed, was closed, they were unable to leave the city. They returned to the farm, which was flooded and the animals had even died. Water had already entered the first floor of the house. They were isolated on the second floor”.
The last communication was made on Tuesday (30). Natalya is with her parents and brother: “They were collecting rainwater because they no longer had drinking water.”
Natalya posted on Facebook three days ago about the disappearance of a puppy and asked to contact her brother, Lucas Alberto Anderle. She mentions a property in Arroio Augusta Alta, which is in Roca Sales, neighboring Encantado.

The report contacted the Rio Grande do Sul Civil Defense, which reported that so far it had six unidentified missing people from Encantado on its lists. Missing people are people who have not been located or contacted due to circumstances, for example, as a result of isolation.
