The Ministry of Labor and Employment announced, through an order published on April 30, 2024 in the Official Gazette of the Union, the allocation of resources to strengthen the employment service in the state of Acre. The investment allocated to the so-called ‘Management and Maintenance Block of the Network of Units of the National Employment System’ adds up to a significant total of R$ 1,077,925.21. Of this amount, R$585,081.54 will be allocated to funding and R$492,843.67 will be allocated to investments.

The distribution of resources followed specific criteria: half of the funding resources were distributed equally; 10% of the resources were allocated proportionally, only to the bodies that managed to save resources from the Workers’ Support Fund (FAT) by inserting insured people into the job market in a proportion higher than the national average; 25% of the resources were distributed according to the methodology established in resolution 721/2013; and 15% of the resources were based on the Sine Management Efficiency Index (ISEG), as defined in resolution 994/2024.

The sharing of resources was carried out in accordance with the criteria established in Codefat Resolutions nº 994/2024, nº 996/2024 and nº 721/2013, allocating them to eligible partners of the National Employment System (Sine) for automatic transfers of resources common FAT in 2024. This investment represents a significant step in improving and strengthening employment services in the state of Acre, aiming to contribute to the economic and social development of the region.
