The show Madonna in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, this Saturday (4), is not just a source of excitement for Brazilians. Foreigners are also looking forward to the last stop of the “Celebration” tour, which celebrates the pop diva’s 40-year career. The repercussions of the end of the tour are spreading through the international press, which is advising audiences in other countries on how to attend the event.

According to The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard, both American outlets, interested parties need to download the streaming app Globoplay, available for iPhone and Android, and create an account. Another suggested alternative is to use a VPN, a virtual private network that allows you to browse from a different geographic location than the original.

As an option, the reports also state that it is possible to tune the television signal to Brazilian channels through a service that allows you to watch channels from different countries, with a monthly subscription or for three days free of charge.

The publications also ask users to pay attention to the time zone, as the broadcast in Brazil starts at 9:45 pm. The show could be ranked as the biggest audience in the world. The event organizers estimate that more than 1.5 million will watch the presentation on Copacabana beach.

The expected audience for the Queen of Pop’s show, who hasn’t performed in Brazil for over 12 years, is more than one million people. The event will serve as a conclusion to “The Celebration Tour”, which celebrates Madonna’s 40-year career with some of her greatest hits.

The show

The shows on “The Celebration Tour” haven’t shown many changes between them, but as this performance in Brazil is the end of the tour, we can expect some surprises: Pabllo Vittar and Anitta will make special appearances.

The show is made up of seven acts with 26 main songs, but will have special additions for the presentation in Brazil, such as “Music”, with a drum set of children’s rhythmists. In addition to it, “Like a Prayer”, “Erotica”, “La Isla Bonita” and “Vogue” are also guaranteed, as well as vignettes, excerpts and remixes of other hits.
