A 59-year-old woman, identified as Solvira Maria Cunha, died after being run over by a trailer. The case happened around 10:30 pm, in the Itapocu region, between Araquari and Barra Velha, cities in the North of Santa Catarina.

According to information from the victim’s daughter, Solvira was accompanied by her husband and was riding a bicycle when she lost her balance and fell. Soon after, a twin train truck passed on the road.

The daughter reported that her mother was unable to get up in time and that the driver would not have seen the victim, who ended up being run over.

The Military Fire Department was called to respond to the incident, but Solvira succumbed to multiple injuries and died at the scene of the accident. There is still no information about the wake and burial of the victim.
