Drivers suffer assault in Cachambi | Rio de Janeiro

Rio – Drivers were victims of a robbery, on Saturday night (27), in the Cachambi neighborhood, in the North Zone. Videos circulating on social media show at least two vehicles being targeted by criminals, who acted armed and with their faces covered. So far, there is no information about the Military Police having been called to the location.

The crime took place around 11pm, on Rua Honório, close to the corner of Rua Chaves Pinheiro. Images recorded by people who were in a bar show two cars crossing the road and criminals surrounding them. In the recording, a man says that the robbers are wearing ninja caps. Frightened, the regulars decide to leave. “‘Let’s get busy’ from here, the ‘guy’ is coming here with a rifle”, says one person, while running. Check it out below.
