Seplad carries out Payroll Routine Guidance Cycles

-

With a focus on promoting improvements in internal processes related to the remuneration of state employees, the State Department of Planning and Administration (Seplad) carried out cycles of guidance on payroll routine this week. These meetings were attended by human resources representatives from various state public bodies and clarified the most pertinent doubts related to the administration of public resources.

Guidelines like these are extremely important for maintaining public accounts, as they provide information on tools that deal directly with the agencies’ payrolls. The initiative was praised by Ideflor-Bio’s human resources employee, Alessandra Oliveira.

“I would like to thank Seplad for carrying out another cycle of guidance, which usually takes place at the beginning of the year. This is, in fact, very enlightening and extremely important, because, even though it is part of our routine, there is always something to add”, said Alessandra.

“The cycle aims to guide employees who work in the human resources of the agencies, in order to clarify doubts about the State’s payroll procedure flows, linked to the Integrated Human Resources Coordination (CIRH). This meeting will also provide greater contact with various human resources from other state entities, so that they have more ownership when passing on certain information about the payroll”, informs Valdete Cardoso, management and auditing coordinator at Seplad.

“The guidance cycle came with the aim of reinforcing everything they had already informed us in previous meetings. I think the support that Seplad offers us in this regard is important and the team has always been very helpful and patient in answering our questions related to the procedures”, says Emily Modesto, HR manager at Seac.
