This Saturday (04/27), at 9pm, the Cultural Identity program, on TV Assembleia (channel 31.1), highlights the Indigenous Week of the Ceará Crafts Center (CeArt), which took place between April 17th and 19th, in celebration of the Indigenous Peoples Day.

CeArt organized a program with several workshops and sales of artisanal products produced by indigenous peoples. The book “Knowledge and Doing – A look at Indigenous and Quilombola education in Ceará” was also presented, by photographer Sheila Oliveira.

The program also interviews musicians Lia Lemos and Daniel Groove. Singer, songwriter and instrumentalist Lia Lemos began her career in childhood. She has a degree in Music from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC), where she participates in several university projects. She is a violinist and her influences come from national and international rock, MPB, pop, pop rock. Lia leads the band All Band, which performs at private events and weddings.

The singer and composer from Ceará Daniel Groove has 3 solo albums, “Giramundo” (2013), “Romance pra gerar” (2015) and “Levante” (2018), all nominated for awards. He has performed in five regions of the country and, in 2017, his show was chosen by critics as a revelation at Lollapalooza. As a music producer, he writes dozens of albums, soundtracks for films, series and theatrical and advertising pieces, in addition to teaching production, performance and show construction workshops.
