In this last week of April, the 10th Military Police Battalion began implementing the Safe Community Network Program (PRCS). Three meetings were held with the regions of Guarapari, which will be included in this first phase.

The PRCS, established by the Military Police of Espírito Santo through Ordinance 1039-R, is an initiative that establishes a communication network between citizens and the PM, using groups in messaging applications to exchange relevant information about public safety.

In Guarapari, the southern region belonging to the 2nd Company, the program began in September 2021, and now, other regions of the city are also receiving the project. The second stage of the Program is expected to begin in the second half of 2024, which will also cover other regions of the city.

The PRCS counts on the participation of the entire local community, such as: community leaders, commerce, schools, condominiums, health centers, etc. together with a team of police officers, who together will create effective solutions to existing problems in the region, creating a protection network.

The commander of the 10th Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Ríodo Lopes Rubim, reinforces his commitment to community safety and thanks the collaboration of everyone involved in this important initiative to bring the Police and society closer together.
