An anesthesiologist was arrested in the act after being recorded by co-workers sexually abusing a patient who was undergoing cesarean section. The case took place at dawn on Monday (11), at the Women’s Hospital in Vilar dos Teles, São João Meriti, municipality in Baixada Fluminense.

According to the researchers, Giovanni Quintella Bezerra he applied exaggerated doses of sedatives to the patient to dope her so that, during the surgery, she could commit the crime. The act only happened because other employees of the unit were suspicious of the amount of anesthesia requested by the professional.
In the recording below, the doctor appears putting his penis in the pregnant woman’s mouth. Moments later, he wipes the victim’s face so that other doctors in the operating room are not suspicious. The act lasts about ten minutes.
The arrest was carried out by delegate Bárbara Lomba, from the Police Station for Assistance to Women in São João de Meriti. During the arrest, Giovanni was silent. The text has information from “g1”.
“The scenes are absurd,” said Clovis Bersot Munhoz, president of the Regional Council of Medicine of the State of Rio de Janeiro (Cremerj). The entity opened this Monday (11) a process to expel the anesthesiologist.
The Health Foundation of the State of Rio de Janeiro and the Secretary of State for Health, to which the Hospital da Mulher de Vilar dos Teles, in São João de Meriti, is subordinate, issued a note repudiating the doctor’s conduct.
“We inform you that an internal investigation will be opened to take administrative measures, in addition to notification to Cremerj. The Hospital da Mulher team is providing full support to the victim and her family”, they conclude.
