The Public Ministry of the State of Rio Grande do Sul (MP – RS) announces the carrying out of a new Selection Process, which aims to fill a vacancy destined for the admission of residentin order to work at the Eldorado do Sul Public Prosecutor’s Office.
To compete for the opportunity offered, candidates must have graduated in law for at least five years, or, if they completed their degree more than five years ago, be regularly enrolled in a postgraduate course, at a specialization level, master’s degree, doctorate or post-doctorate.
Upon admission, the professional must work 30 hours per week, corresponding to a monthly stipend worth R$ 9.62 corresponding to each hour of internship actually proven, plus food allowance, at the rate of R$ 14.56 and transport allowance of R$ 9.60.
Procedures for participation
Those interested in participating in the Selection Process can register between April 24 and 30, 2024, at the Eldorado do Sul Public Prosecutor’s Office, located at Avenida Emancipação, nº 200, Centro, in Eldorado do Sul. The service is provided by 1pm to 6pm.

As a form of classification, candidates will be submitted to an essay test, on the scheduled date of May 8, 2024, at 2 pm, at a location to be informed later.
In addition to the previous stage, candidates will be subjected to the interview phase, scheduled for May 14, 2024, based on the criteria specified in the selection document.
Validity
According to the opening notice, the Selection Process will be valid for 12 months, counting from the date of publication of the final result.
