The general inspector of the Court of Justice of the State of Mato Grosso (TJMT), judge Juvenal Pereira da Silva, will participate between the 24th and 25th of April, in the 93rd edition of the Meeting of the College of Inspectors of the Courts of Justice of Brazil (Encoge ), in Palmas (TO).

With the theme Internal Affairs of the Courts of Justice: Dialogues, Transparency and Innovation for Conflict Resolution, the event aims to promote debates on forms of innovation and expanding access to Justice across the country.

“These meetings provide us with experiences and a broad space to share information, promoting relevant debates for the better progress of work and topics that are relevant to the day-to-day activities of the Internal Affairs Divisions of the Courts of Justice, judicial activity and extrajudicial service. Through this exchange, we seek effective solutions in judicial administration, thus strengthening the integrity and efficiency of judicial provision”, said the inspector general, judge Juvenal Pereira.

According to the general inspector of Justice of Amazonas and President of the Permanent College of General Inspectors of the Courts of Justice of Brazil, judge Jomar Ricardo Saunders Fernandes, the central theme chosen refers to the importance of sharing good practices and gathering ideas that lead to better management of inspection and guidance activities for judicial and extrajudicial services, paying attention to the development of technological tools, which, according to him, are now capable of substantially assisting the tasks of the Internal Affairs Departments.

The Mato Grosso Internal Affairs delegation is still made up of assistant judges, Christiane da Costa Marques Neves and Cristiane Padim, assistant judge Eduardo Calmon de Almeida Cézar, CGJ coordinator, Flávio Paiva and advisor Kelly Assumpção.

Workshop – Within the Encoge program, on April 26th, the 5th National Land Forum will be held, which will address the theme “Sustainable Development, Land Governance and Resilient Cities”. Assistant judge Eduardo Calmon will present the “Mato Grosso Land Work Group”, during a workshop that disseminates Good Practices of the states in the Land Governance axis of the Central-South Region.

The Mato Grosso land GT was created by the Regional Commission for Land Solutions of the Judiciary of Mato Grosso with the aim of assisting in the analysis of complex cases of urban and rural land conflicts. The group carried out a survey of settlers in the East Contour of Cuiabá, identifying the socio-economic profile of the settlers, social benefits and social programs that participated.

Encoge – The opening of the 93rd Encoge will be on April 24th, at 5 pm, in the auditorium of the Tocantins Court of Justice (TJTO). The ceremony will be attended by the national inspector of justice, minister Luis Felipe Salomão, who will give a keynote address on the occasion.
