Administrative Analyst:
- Region/Comarca: I to IX (Capital, Criciúma, Lages, Joinville, Blumenau, Itajaí, Canoinhas, Chapecó, Joaçaba)
- Quantitative: CR (Reserve Registration) for all regions/counties.
Juridical analyst:
- Region/District: I to IX (Capital, Criciúma, Lages, Joinville, Blumenau, Itajaí, São Bento Do Sul, Chapecó, Joaçaba, Secretariat of the Court of Justice)
- Quantitative: CR for all regions/counties.
Social Worker:
- Region/Comarca: II to IX (Criciúma, Lages, Joinville, Blumenau, Itajaí, Canoinhas, Chapecó, Joaçaba)
- Quantitative: CR for all regions/counties.
Civil Engineer and Electrical Engineer:
- Region/District: Secretariat of the Court of Justice
- Quantitative: CR for both positions.
Court Officer and Assessor:
- Region/Comarca: I to IX (Capital, Criciúma, Lages, Joinville, Blumenau, Itajaí, Canoinhas, Chapecó, Joaçaba)
- Quantitative: CR for all regions/counties.
Assistant Judicial Technician:
- Region/Comarca: III to IX (Lages, Curitibanos, Joinville, Jaraguá do Sul, Blumenau, Rio do Sul, Balneário Camboriú, Itajaí, São Bento do Sul, Canoinhas, Joaçaba, Caçador)
- Quantitative: CR for all specified regions/counties.
Those approved in the TJ SC competition will be entitled to starting salaries of R$5,515.07 for mid-level positions and R$9,493.61 for higher-level positions.
Interested parties must visit the website of the organizing committee, Fundação Getúlio Vargas by April 25, 2024. To approve the application, the candidate must pay the fee of R$90.00. The tests are scheduled to be held on June 9th.

What will be charged in the TJ SC competition tests
The objective tests for all positions will consist of 80 questions, with five alternatives, with only one alternative being correct.

- 10 questions on Notions of Law
- 6 questions of Internal Legislation
- 40 Specific Knowledge questions

- 40 Specific Knowledge questions
For Judicial Technician (Middle Level):
- 25 Portuguese Language questions
- 15 questions of Internal Legislation
