The Legislative Assembly of the State of Roraima (ALE-RR) will host the XV National Meeting of Entities Representative of Squares (Enerp), which will bring together police officers and military firefighters from across the country, on the 10th, 11th and 12th of April, in the plenary session Deputy Noêmia Bastos Amazonas, to discuss improvements to the category and career expansion.

Among the names confirmed for the event are senator Davi Alcolumbre (União-AP), who has previously presided over the Federal Senate and the National Congress, and federal deputy Coronel Fraga (PL-DF), president of the Public Security Commission of the Federal Chamber.

Enerp is organized by the National Association of Squares (Anaspra) in partnership with the Association of Police and Military Firefighters of Roraima (APBM-RR). This year’s main theme is “Professional appreciation: police officers and military firefighters essential to public safety in society”.

According to the president of Anaspra, Marco Prisco Caldas Machado, the meeting will open a door for dialogue with the Federal Government to present the demands of the categories. “Enerp is an extremely important meeting for public safety, especially for soldiers, as we will discuss issues relevant to our category, which will be forwarded to the Federal Government,” he said.

The president of APBM, Quésia Barreiro Mendonça, highlighted that holding Enerp in Roraima will add experiences to the state’s police officers and military firefighters with representatives of other representative entities, seeking to align leaders in favor of improvements for the military throughout Brazil.

“It is a time to exchange experiences and debate the reality of each state with regard to the category of military squares. With the new national legislation on military police and firefighters, we will address important topics, such as the issue of military personnel accumulating positions in the health sector. We believe that only through these debates can we join forces and seek improvements for the entire category,” he stated.

XV Enerp has the support of the Legislative Assembly of the State of Roraima, which has worked to guarantee better service conditions for police officers, which are directly reflected in society.

“ALE-RR plays a fundamental role in strengthening the corporation, through the approval of laws that value police officers not only financially, but with better working conditions”, said the president of the Legislative Branch, deputy Soldado Sampaio (Republicans).

To participate in Enerp, simply register online through the Anaspra website or in person on the day of the event, at the Plenary of Deputada Noêmia Bastos Amazonas, of the Legislative Assembly of Roraima. There will be certification.
