MEC evaluates: Unigran Educacional, once again, is the best private sector in MS – Dourados Agora

Unigran Educacional was recognized, once again, as the best private Higher Education Institution in Mato Grosso do Sul. According to data released by the Ministry of Education – MEC, this Tuesday, 2nd, the University Center received grade 4, in on a scale that varies from 1 to 5, being considered the best private in the state.

“We have a lot to celebrate”, commented the Rector of Unigran Educacional, Rosa Maria D’Amato De Déa. The University Center was at the top of the ranking, among the 44 MS universities evaluated by the MEC, with a General Course Index – IGC 4. The indicator brings together essential items for the MEC, such as the average Course Concepts from the previous three years. Therefore, the note stamps UNIGRAN’s teaching excellence through its infrastructure, teaching staff of masters and doctors and a complete pedagogical project.

In addition to being considered the best, the Law course, at UNIGRAN Dourados, and the Administration course, at UNIGRAN Capital, were also highlights in the evaluation. The courses achieved a grade of 5, the highest in the Preliminary Course Concept – CPC, also being considered the best in the state.

“One of the highlights of this goes to our Law course in Dourados, which has always had a better concept among other courses in the state, with a grade of 4, but this year, in addition to being the best in the MS, it received a grade of 5, being ahead of all, including federal, public and confessional ones”, highlighted the Rector.

The Dean of Teaching and Extension at UNIGRAN Capital, Vinicius Soares de Oliveira, celebrated the result, highlighting that the grade is recognition of the Institution’s teaching quality, pointing out that the Administration course not only achieved the best position in the state, but it was also considered the best private course in the Central-West region.

“This result reinforces UNIGRAN’s position as a leader in quality education in Mato Grosso do Sul. Being the best Administration course in the state and achieving prominence in the Central-West region highlights not only the excellence of the course in question, but also contributes to the reputation of the entire Institution as a center of educational excellence”, stated the Pro-Rector.

According to Vinicius, several points contributed to the maximum score in the CPC, such as the Pedagogical Project, which follows market changes and incorporates current knowledge and practices, the coordination of the course and its teaching staff, with “its unshakable commitment to academic excellence and innovation in teaching”, resulting in quality education, integrating theory and practice, preparing academics for global challenges.

“The maximum score in the CPC is a formal recognition of the quality of teaching, infrastructure, teaching staff, among other aspects evaluated. This reinforces the reputation of the Institution and the courses in the educational market. Additionally, potential students seek high-quality courses. A grade of 5 is an important differentiator when choosing where to study, attracting talent and maintaining the competitiveness of the University Center. And, despite already being at the top, the maximum concept encourages the Institution and the course to remain updated and to continually seek innovation and excellence in its teaching practices”, pointed out the Vice-Rector of Capital.

In Dourados, Administration (CPC 4), Accounting Sciences (CPC 4), Social Communication – Advertising and Propaganda (CPC 4) and Psychology (CPC 4) courses were also evaluated.
