The State of Mato Grosso moves towards contemporary fiscal times with new regulations via Decree 599 of 2023 and Ordinance 262 of 2023. Through both, it becomes a requirement that electronic payments are linked to invoice issuance systems. In this way, NF-e and NFC-e are connected with the means of financial transactions, optimizing procedures and streamlining market dynamism.

Furthermore, the new legislation reinforces the importance of consumer identification in certain situations, such as purchases over R$1,000.00, when the customer requests it or in deliveries within the same city as the seller. These updates aim to make day-to-day business easier, promoting a more fluid and transparent purchasing experience for everyone involved.

Web Automação, which works with sales systems oriented towards agility and practicality, is already updated to the new legislation in Mato Grosso, in the same way as with the legal changes in Santa Catarina. The available services, such as PDV Legal, also enable cloud management, sales control, cash routine, mobility in operations and more efficient service with a focus on events, bars, restaurants, cafeterias, cafes, retail, hospitality and self-service.

“We understand that Brazil, due to its continental dimension, has very dynamic changes in its legislation. We are always monitoring and updating ourselves to provide cutting-edge service to entrepreneurs in the food service segment. The state of Mato Grosso can count on our support in relation to this reconfiguration of the tax issuance system”, highlights Araquen Pagotto, CEO of Web Automação.
