The deadline for consumers from all over Brazil to access Serasa Limpa Nome, an action that aims to “clear the name” of those in debt this semester, has been extended until May 20th. The action is part of the actions of the Desenrola Brasil Program

With the extension until May 20 of Desenrola Brasil, Serasa – a company that gathers data on defaulting customers of banks and other financial institutions – also extended the deadline for consumers to participate in the Serasa Limpa Nome action until May 20th.

The action aims to ensure that the names of those in debt are cleared this semester. To date, in Mato Grosso do Sul, 55 thousand agreements have been closed at the Serasa and Desenrola Megafeirão.

Data in Mato Grosso do Sul

Since March 4, with the MegaFeirão Serasa and Desenrola, more than 3.6 million agreements have been closed in the country. In Mato Grosso do Sul alone, 55,192 negotiations were confirmed.

At the Post Office alone, 233 thousand in-person services were recorded at branches until last Thursday (28). The numbers include debts related to the Desenrola Program and other negotiations with the 700 partner companies of the effort, such as banks, insurance companies, retail, telephone operators and basic bills, such as water, electricity and gas. In total, around R$18.9 billion in discounts were granted.

After the extension, consumers can take advantage of the Desenrola Program easily and quickly through Serasa’s digital platform. In minutes, users can check if they have offers and be redirected to the program’s website, where they can check their debts and make payments.

Negotiations can be conducted through Serasa’s digital channels: website, cell phone application and WhatsApp.
