The Court of Auditors of the State of Piauí (TCE-PI) calls on all state and municipal managers and also former managers who still have processes in progress at the TCE-PI to re-register personal data, residential and electronic addresses, in compliance with State Law No. 7,896, of December 14, 2022, which amended articles of the Organic Law of this Court of Auditors.

The deadline for re-registration will be from April 2nd to May 2nd, 2024. The data and information must be registered through the link and wait for the Court’s response in the personal email informed whether your registration was accepted or not, and in this In the last case, the reason must be resolved and request new re-registration.

The re-registration aims to improve the contradictory and broad defense of those under the jurisdiction of the TCE-PI, making citations and subpoenas directed to them swift and effective, since the non-inclusion and or non-updating of managers’ registration data may lead to the possibility of these not to receive personal summonses and/or subpoenas regarding the processes of their interest(s) being processed in this Court, considering valid for all purposes the summons/subpoena sent to the outdated residential and/or electronic address previously informed in the banks of TCE-PI data.

The Piauí Court of Auditors will now comply with art. 114 of the Organic Law of this Court (State Law No. 5,888, of 08/19/2009, as amended by State Law No. 7,896, of 12/14/2022), which now determines that the summons and subpoena of the jurisdictions are preferably made electronically at the electronic addresses indicated by the party, responsible or supervised in the Court of Auditors’ database, which is why current and former managers must provide an electronic address for personal use and monitor it frequently.

For the purposes of re-registration in this Court, a manager is considered to be the highest authority of power or highest person responsible for a body, entity or other units under jurisdiction, such as, for example: the State Governor, Mayors, State and Municipal Secretaries, Directors of Entities Indirect Administration of the State and Municipalities, especially Local Authorities, Foundations, Public Companies and Mixed Economy Companies; Directors of Bodies and Management Entities of the Piauí State’s Own Regime and the Municipalities’ Own Pension Regimes; the President of the Legislative Assembly, the President of the Court of Justice, the Attorney General of Justice, and the Head of the Public Defender’s Office; in addition to the Presidents of the Municipal Chambers.

If you have any questions about the login/password, operation, apparent inconsistencies and errors in the re-registration process, contact the Support Sector of this Court, via email [email protected] and/or telephone 3215- 3982 and 3215-3984.
