Bus is set on fire in Sol Nascente, DF

The Military Police of the Federal District reinforced security in the region of Section 3 of Sol Nascente, in the Federal District, this Monday morning (1st). The measure was taken after a bus was set on fire on Saturday night (30) (see video above).

According to the driver of the bus that was set on fire, 15 people stopped the vehicle, forced the passengers to get off and set fire to the bus, which was completely destroyed. There were no victims.

The DF Mobility Secretariat It even changed the route of buses in the region this morning for safety reasons, but reported that the service was back to normal around 7am. However, the TV Globo caught two buses making a U-turn before entering Section 3. Passengers also complained about delays early in the morning.

According to the Sol Nascente community, the bus was set on fire after a police attack on Thursday (28) on a 14-year-old teenager who was believed to be in possession of drugs.

According to the PM, the young man had cocaine, but swallowed it to avoid being caught. The family says that the police forced the young man to ingest the drugs. The corporation denies it.
