The National Council of Justice (CNJ) published a public competition notice to fill 60 higher education vacancies. Careers as analysts and judicial technicians were included in various careers. Salaries vary between R$8,529.65 and R$13,994.78 and the competition also offers several benefits.

Candidates will be evaluated through objective and discursive tests and title evaluation. The exams are scheduled to take place on June 30, in Brasília. Registration will open on April 3, on the Cebraspe website.

Judicial analyst, specialized support area, systems analysis specialty: one vacancy;

Requirements

Judicial analyst, administrative area, pedagogy specialty: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in pedagogy, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC).

Judicial analyst, specialized support area, systems analysis specialty: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in the area of ​​information and communication technology, or any higher-level undergraduate course plus a postgraduate course certificate in the area of ​​information and communication technology , at least 360 class hours, provided by an institution recognized by the MEC.

Judicial analyst, specialized support area, architecture specialty: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in architecture, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registration with the Architecture and Urban Planning Council.

Judicial analyst, specialized support area, social sciences specialty: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in social sciences (sociology, anthropology or political science), provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC.

Judicial analyst, specialized support area, electrical engineering specialty: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in electrical engineering, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, and registration with the Regional Engineering and Agronomy Council.

Judicial analyst, judicial area: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate law course, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC.

Judicial technician, administrative area: duly registered diploma of completion of a higher-level undergraduate course in any area of ​​training, provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC.

Judicial technician, specialized support area, systems programming specialty: diploma, duly registered and provided by a higher education institution recognized by the MEC, of ​​a higher-level undergraduate course in the area of ​​information and communication technology or any higher-level undergraduate course plus course certificate(s) in the area of ​​information and communication technology that individually presents, or when combined, presents a workload of at least 120 hours/class.

Registrations

Registration can be made between April 3rd and May 2nd, on the website of the Brazilian Center for Research in Assessment and Selection and Event Promotion (Cebraspe). Fees cost R$126 for an analyst and R$76 for a technician.

Phases

The competition includes objective tests, discursive tests and title evaluation. The exams will be eliminatory and classificatory in nature. The objective test will consist of 120 questions, 50 of which cover basic knowledge and 70 cover specific knowledge.

For analysts, the essay will consist of two discursive questions, while for technicians the exam will have only one. The evaluation of titles will only be of a classificatory nature, for all careers.

The tests for analyst positions will last 5 hours and will be administered on June 30, in the morning shift. The technician tests will last 4 hours and 30 minutes and will be administered on the same day, but in the afternoon.

Timeline

  • April 3rd to May 2nd: period for registration and registration requests with fee exemption
  • May 3rd to 6th: availability of the link to verify approval of the photo sent in the registration and deadline for sending a new photo that meets the system’s determinations
  • May 9th to 13th: consultation on the provisional status of the registration fee exemption request
  • May 10th to 13th: deadline for filing appeals against the rejection of the registration fee exemption request
  • May 20: consultation on the final status of the registration fee exemption request
  • May 22: Final date for payment of the registration fee
  • May 31: provisional list of candidates with approved registration to compete as a person with a disability
  • May 31st to June 4th: consultation on the provisional status of the request for specialized care
  • June 3rd and 4th: deadline for filing appeals against the rejection of the registration to compete as a person with a disability and against the rejection of the request for specialized assistance
  • June 12: final list of candidates with approved registration to compete as a person with a disability
  • June 12: consultation on the final status of the request for specialized assistance
  • June 18: publication of the notice that will inform the availability of consultation at test locations
  • June 30: application of objective and discursive tests
  • July 2nd to 4th: individual consultation of the official preliminary answer sheets for the objective tests
  • July 2: release of the preliminary pattern of answers for the discursive test
  • July 3rd and 4th: deadline for filing appeals regarding the questions asked, the preliminary official answer sheets published and/or the standard of answers for the discursive test
  • July 5th: publication of the preliminary answer sheets for the objective tests
  • July 24th: publication of the notice of final results in the objective tests and provisional results in the discursive test
