In a night full of emotion and recognition, last Tuesday (26), RioMar Aracaju promoted, in celebration of its 35 years, RioMar Mulher, an initiative to celebrate the impact and influence of women who stand out in various areas of activity in Sergipe society. Ten women were honored and publicly recognized as agents of transformation and tireless defenders of equality.

The tribute, which celebrated the individual talent of the nominated women, also celebrated women’s month, reinforcing the mall’s commitment to promoting diversity and female empowerment. Through RioMar Mulher, the mall recognizes the individual achievements of each honoree, but also the collective impact that each one has on society, inspiring present and future generations to achieve their dreams and contribute to a more promising and equitable future for all”, highlights Danielle Sônego, marketing manager at RioMar Aracaju.

The presence of family and friends of the honorees added a special touch to the night, highlighting the support and recognition of those who share the journey and ideals of the award winners. The night was packed with a voice and guitar show by Sergipe singer and songwriter Lari Lima, accompanied by violinist Eduardo Monte Santo.

Among the honored women, notable figures such as Aglaé Fontes (Art and Culture), Conceição Mendonça (Health), Josevanda Franco (Education), Carla Suzanne (Communication), Antônia Teles (Social Action), Carla Caroline (Citizenship and Social Justice) stand out. ), Zenaide Sá (Sustainable Initiatives), Verônica Paiva (Economy, Business and Stimulating Entrepreneurship), Linda Brasil (Public Policies) and Paula Menezes (Science and Technology).

For Carla Suzanne, awarded in the Communication category, awards are always important, but some are special, such as RioMar Mulher. “The great emotion of this award is that I am being recognized not only as the professional Carla, but also as the woman Carla, the mother Carla, the Carla who reinvented herself and who acquired with maturity a wisdom that I wish for every woman”, he revealed. the journalist.

Conceição Mendonça, nurse and consultant for the Ministry of Health in the National Emergency Coordination, was nominated in the Health category and believes that she was chosen for her dedication to the work she does. ”For me it is a gift to receive this honor. It just reaffirms that nothing is impossible for those who work with dedication and love and respect for others. I share this tribute with all the women in my state and I thank RioMar Aracaju for further enhancing the strength of Sergipe women”, she said.

With more than 40 years dedicated to teaching, in her speech, Josevanda Franco spoke of her joy in seeing her work praised by RioMar Mulher. “I am very happy for the recognition of all my work as a teacher, a profession that gave me the opportunity to change lives through education. And this honor strengthens all women, whatever their area of ​​work,” emphasized the teacher who was nominated in the Education category.
